By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the specific terms and conditions associated with that reservation, including cancellation policies and payment requirements.
Ayati Resort & Spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
Payment:
Payment for reservations must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refunds:
100 % refund before 7 days of Check in Date.
One Night retention would be charged if a cancellation is done between 2 to 7 days.
Within 2 days no refund.
In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the resort reserves the right to levy a retention charge for the entire stay.
Guest Responsibilities:
Providing accurate information at the time of booking, including the number of guests and any special requirements.
Adhering to all resort rules and regulations during the stay.
Being responsible for any damages caused to the resort property.
Conducting photo shoots only on a chargeable basis.
Ensuring all rooms are non-smoking.
Avoid loud music in public areas to maintain peace and tranquillity.
Observing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Being liable for any damages or losses caused to resort property during the stay.
Liability:
The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of God that may occur within the Resort.
For security purposes, we have installed CCTV cameras to monitor and record outdoor and common areas.
Intellectual Property:
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ayati Resorts & Spa.
Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content without prior written consent from Ayati Resorts & Spa is prohibited.

Identification Requirement:
It is mandatory to present a valid government-issued photo identification for Indian citizens and a valid Passport and Visa for guests of all other nationalities at the time of Check-in. (PAN Card is not considered valid photo identification in terms of Resort check-in).
Age Requirement:
The guest registering should be 18 years of age or older. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the property. All facilities are to be used only between check-in and checkout timings as per reservations.
Additional Information:
Check-in and Check-out: time is 1:00 PM, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability, and additional charges are applicable.
Liability: management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of God that may occur within the Resort.
